There is great value for the price at this property. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, great mattress and pillows. Breakfast was tasty with good options. Highly recommend HIE In Bardstown, Kentucky.

Not a good check in. First room beds weren’t made, second room sink drain wouldn’t open and remote wouldn’t work. Third room bathroom door wouldn’t close. We stayed in that room because we were very tired and it was 2:00 am. We were told breakfast ended at 10 but when we got down at 9:15 it was over. Overall we were very disappointed . We called Expedia and asked for a refund. They said you would let us know. Still haven’t heard. Won’t be back.

The floor was dirty. The mattress and mattress cover was stained and dirty- like it had been dragged through the floor. There no furniture in the room except for a desk chair and the bed. If we needed more than 1 night, we would have left and asked for a refund.
