Great for two families!
We had a wonderful long weekend in Wine Down house in Suncadia.We were two families with elementary aged kids, all together enjoying the end of summer. The kids loved the game room and hot tub and the biking proximity to the pump track park (near Nelson Farm Pool)and Dawson park in the other direction. The adults loved the layout of the house, the comfy bedding the well stocked kitchen! We all made some amazing memories watching a herd of elk wander through the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and the rental agency was very prompt and helpful. Since there wasn’t pool access with this rental (which is a bummer for kids) we visited the Cooper Swimming Hole out past Roslyn and the closer swimming hole at Hanson Pond (near to downtown Cle Elum). Both were wild and so great for kids to climb around, wade, and swim.

We were really happy with how well stocked the kitchen was and enjoyed cooking many meals there. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We'd stay there again without hesitation.One thing to note! The front doorknob turns counter-clockwise, not clockwise. I spent 10 minutes at the front door thinking the lock was broken. It wasn't! I just didn't realize the doorknob turns the opposite direction.

Fun for the whole family, had lots of ping pong tournaments indoors and pickle ball outdoors at Dawson Park down the road. We stayed at this home with a group of family & friends. We were pleasantly surprised how well this home was equipped and it was so convenient to all the activies Suncadia has to offer. The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had amenities for all age ranges - The game room was a hit with the kids & teenagers and the adults enjoyed the patio, fire table, & view. Excellent property for a nice easy going Suncadia weekend getaway. Our group enjoyed the house a lot. It is very nicely furnished inside and was very clean. Before School Starts Get-Away
A great space for teens + parents to get away together. We brought lots of bikes which kept everyone active - we even came face-to-face with an elk! The weather was great for swimming so the only disappointment came from not having access to Suncadia's pools, but we substituted trips to Lake Cle Elum and Cooper Creek and all was well.

Weekend get together
Our group 12 adults celebrated a birthday for two nights. We enjoyed the home by cooking group meals, jogging, playing games, and winding down in the hot tub. The games room was a fun addition and we held a mini tournament for bragging rights (I won at foozeball). ;) we ended the trip with a visit to the winery to do a tasting. We’ll within walking distance.

The kitchen was entirely outfitted (even for a Thanksgiving feast!) First and foremost, the management company was terrific - so much daily communication and explanation and immediate responses - that really made the experience feel like we were valued and appreciated. Would love to stay again (oh, and dog friendly huge benefit as well as playground down the street for our Little.

Wonderful Home; Vacation Rental 365, Not Helpful
The home worked well for our family of grandparents, two daughters and their families: i9 and 7- yr olds, and 2 and 1-year old. Great game room in the garage. Kitchen equipment was well stocked. There is only 1 Pak n Play. Rental agency refused to provide another. Bring your own paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, paper plates and plastic wear. Rental agency refuses to supply this or enough for a week’s stay. Knowing this, you’ll have a fun time here.
