"This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was close enough to all the things (downtown area, metro, grocery stores, plenty of food options) but also far enough away from it all that it was still a quiet and peaceful location. "The house had some quirks, but overall it fit the bill. It’s not in the best part of town, but I always felt safe. There were some electrical issues with some things not working in the kitchen, but the contact was helpful and sent someone to look at it, but it wasn’t a good time for us since we were putting kids to bed, so we just told them we were ok not to fix it until we left. He did also send trash bags when I mentioned there weren’t any. Overall, it met our needs, and we had a nice time!"

"This is a very nice and comfortable row house that sits right in between Fells Point and Canton. Safe, quiet street with nice neighbors and you can walk to everything. Communication and access was seamless. Highly recommend it!"

"ARvl/chk-in was super easy. The house was clean and ready for arvl. The property mgr came and ensured the garbage & recycling was taken to the street on the appro day to make sure it did not accumulate. We had a large group (11 incl the baby) but the house was comfortable. Easy drive to both downtown/Inner Harbor and super easy to Ellicott City! The only constructive crit...there is a big table in the small kitchen...kind of more in the way than helpful. I'd rec a smaller table...6 or even 4. ...

"Rented the house as a basecamp for the weekend for my team and I as we were filming a short film, needed rooms for a couple people. Steve's place was true to the photos- lovely home in a convenient locale in a safe area, plenty of street parking, fast wifi, bath towels for guest use, several rooms. Steve was laid back and super helpful with answering my many questions. My group had a great weekend and enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend if you're in the area, would stay again! "
