"1) Checked in and apartment seemed damp and musty. Turned thermostat down from 74 to 71 and that helped. 2) Bathroom door is a thin plastic material that folds. Didn't provide much privacy sound wise. 3) Bathroom vent let out into the kitchen which is not good for odors or moisture. If these 3 things were fixed, I would give it a better rating."

"Booked the property for 4 of us. Older house, but everything worked and able to make some basic meals. Clean with a few cobwebs here and there. My daughter slept on the adjustable couch and thought it was comfortable. Both beds could use a foam overlay, as we thought they were too firm. Another stand up fan would help for the second bedroom since there is only one window a/c for the apartment. Barely could hear the upstairs tenant. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful for my morning...

The pool had issues, the grass in the back yard was over grown and not managed well, was not one of our best stays, but got the job done. "

"This cabin was a life saver after our first vrbo cancelled on us two weeks before the eclipse. This property was an amazing find and the owners were wonderful to work with. It was quiet and perfect to watch the eclipse from the yard, but also was a quick 15-20 minute drive to most of the downtown Buffalo spots we wanted to visit."
