Charming Modern Victorian in the Village of EVL

This home has been meticulously curated and maintained to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The downstairs consists of a spacious living room, a separate sitting room with mountain views, a half bath and a large chef's kitchen with glass doors that lead to an outdoor patio with fenced yard.

Upstairs you will find a deluxe king suite with 5 piece bath and sitting room. There are an additional 2 large bedrooms with a shared full bath.

Large open concept kitchen with attached dinning and sitting room perfect for entertaining. After visiting the coffee bar, enjoy your morning brew on the large covered front porch with tranquil views. Through the hall, you'll find a 1/2 bath and built in desk before you enter the main living room ready for movie night.

Upstairs is highlighted by the large King suite with large closets, sitting room with futon bed, and large en-suite 5 piece bath. Down the hallway you'll find a washer/dryer before the 2 additional bedrooms. The first contains a queen bed and mountain views, the 2nd holds ample sleeping space with a Full/Full combo bunkbed complemented with a futon bed.

Out back, you'll find a large private patio with electric awning, ample seating and a fire pit.


Parking for 7 in the large 6 car driveway and a private garage for another vehicle and all of your gear.

Access via front door, then guests can use garage or back door once checked in.

All around amazing trip!

Absolutely Perfect in Ellicottville
The home was beautiful, clean, and so nicely decorated. The layout is thoughtful with plenty of sleep options, as well as areas to visit, eat, watch tv, and sit around the fire. Host was so friendly and accommodating. It was absolutely perfect!

Little getaway
This property was an excellent choice if you are planning on exploring ellicottville’s shops, bars, and restaurants. The walk was nice and short. The house was immaculate and very roomy. The host answers any questions right away. I will definitely rent this property again!

Perfect place for family getaway. Kids had fun doing bonfire and making marshmallows smores
Such a beautiful location and perfect property to host group of 10-12 friends and family. So close to village/market, park in vicinity, huge fenced yard for bonfire, BBQ and playing. Kitchen is large with all pots, pans and things you will need to impress friends with your cooking. We will visit again in summer as kids are so excited to have star gazing in the night and do roller coaster on holiday valley

Excellent all around!
Our three young adult children, husband and I stayed here for the weekend. The house is very nice, with good beds. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire after a day of skiing. Corey always got back to me quickly. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely Amazing Stay. LOCATION..CLEAN..PRIVACY
I can't say enough about this place. Everything is modernized with quality products and very clean. Privacy of fenced in back yard was great for kids. We think our favorite part was the location right next to Nannen Arboretum with paved nature trails and catch and release fishing pond as well as Ellicottville Village Park with a playground for the kids. Highly recommended.

Bachelor weekend
Was a great weekend for everyone. The house was big enough for everyone. Plenty of place to sleep and the fenced off yard made it better. We never had issues with any of the people around the houses. Perfect location too because it was all in walking distance. Never had to drive once.

Bachelorete/birthday get away
a group of 12 of us stayed at this house for a getaway/bachelorette party and had a great time! Not only was check in easy but the location and house was perfect! Everything we could have ever wanted, spacious, cute and CLEAN!! Corey allowed myself and another to check in early to set up which was beyond helpful and always responded right away with any questions we had! Such a smooth and easy process and I would 100% decide to come and stay here again!

Only item we would recommend you check is refrig - freezer. - seemed it would not hold items at proper cold temp- specifically freezer and seemed ice/water dispensor leaked a bit.
