We offer a unique experience to all of our guests. When you have a large group to have an event, Sugar Pine Lodge is by far the best kept secret-whether your planning a annual ski holiday, family reunion, golf weekend with the boys, or bachlorette party, it's a mansion that will fit the bill.

Our beautifully decorated queen suites with Jacuzzi tub/shower combos, gas fireplaces, air conditioning, and state of the art amenities will offer you the relaxing comfort you deserve. Holiday Valley offers some of the best skiing in the east, in the summer there is a variety of activities such as golf and mountain biking to keep you busy. Holiday Valley which is just minutes from our Inn is often referred to as the “the Aspen of the East” offers day and night skiing. It has a 18 hole golf course and a new Aerial Adventure Park and mountain coaster rides. The Village of Ellicottville is minutes away or a 10 minute walk from Sugar Pine Lodge. It has 17 Bars and Restaurants to choose from and many fine shops. In addition to the five bedroom suites detailed, the main part of the house has a "bunkie room" that accommodates up to 5 guests in one room.

Great place for a party
Had 20+ for a bachelor party. Excellent place with tons of room. Between the pool, hot tub, game room didn’t need to leave but short walk to town if you’d like to stretch your legs. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our time here!
We had a joint bacherlor/bacherlorette party at the lodge with our entire bridal party. It is a beautiful place with so much room! The common areas like the kitchen, game room, and living room were great for us all to spend time together and it was also so nice for all of us to have our own really nice rooms to go back to when we wanted to relax. It is super clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely come back here again! Thanks for a great stay!

Family Reunion
We stayed here with 6 couples as a family reunion weekend. It was great to have our own space for each couple since some of us have kids. We used the pool a lot and very convenient to get to holiday valley and down town. Would recommend.

Wonderful place to share with my family
It was a great place to stay. Every family had their own private suite. David was alway quick to answer our questions. A little problem with the heat in one of the areas but the space heater met our needs.

Great place for a large group
We had a group of 18 guys that got together for a golf outing and this was place was the perfect host. The amenities matched the description, directions for every item was provided, and the place was spotless and meticulously cleaned when we arrived. There was plenty of space for everyone, 10 out of 10 and we would all absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay for large families!
We stayed in early August 2021 for our son's Wedding at Holiday Valley. Our stay was perfect! Great location. Hot tub, pool and covered pavilion provided a great outdoor space. The game room was great fun as well. The kitchen is very well equipped. I would highly recommend Sugar Pine especially for large families who like to be together!

The property had a lot of old house charm and a great layout, plenty of space for all. Large kitchen with plenty of storage and space for groceries. Back suite area with bunk room for all the kids was great. The game room and hot tub was also a nice perk and space to hang out. The location was amazing between town and Holiday Valley.

Family Weekend in EVL
Very Good. Each family had their own bedroom suite and we all enjoyed time in a large common kitchen and dining room, and outside back porch. The pool which we could heat to a comfortable temperature was used every day and had a campfire each night.

Unique house located near a very interesting downtown. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Kids really liked the ping pong under the pavilion and we all enjoyed fire pit at night. Coffee in the morning on the porch was a great way to start the day. We had a few hiccups but David (the owner) made them right in the end.

Great Group Ski Trip Choice
Four family group with kids from high school through college, group skied, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Great place to get warm and make meals. Easily slept a large group. Plenty of bathrooms hot tub was great at the end of the night. Game room was a bonus gave the kids some place to be in the evenings will most likely rent again for next year trip.
