Adults can unwind in the other half of the basement with board/card games or simply enjoy the warmth of the fireplace with a glass of wine. Additionally, you have the option to encourage the kids to venture outside to toss a football in the spacious, level yard. Or, the entire family can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the gently winding gravel road, exploring various scenic views, and wildlife, along the way.

You will have private access to this property, using a keypad on the door. It is a private entrance. There is no shared space here. Parking is easy and flat. The roads are paved and easy going. The last 50 feet is gravel but easy driving.
