I absolutely loved my The Royal Sonesta Minneapolis downtown. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly, my room was beyond amazing. Water pressure in the shower was great and I saw no signs of mold. The carpet was well vacuumed, no crumbs. I woke up in the middle of the night, super thirsty and remembered there were complementary water bottles in my room. Plus the hotel was extremely aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t eat there but the restaurant smelled amazing. I’ll be staying here every time i come back to Minneapolis. Beyond happy with my stay

Staff was friendly and helpful. Soon as we got in our room I noticed our toilet was running. Someone was sent up quickly to fix it!! Being able to walk over and back from the mall was AWESOME!! Only complaint is they need to have a hot tub and also a microwave in the room....but other than that we loved it!

"The room was spacious and everything looked to be new or recently remodeled. The bathroom was super nice. Loved the walkin shower. Security was very good at the hotel. Had to use your key card to get up to another floor, in the elevator. The Salvation Army was nearby and there were alot of people ..."
