"The staff was friendly and professional. The Bentley Room food and cocktails were amazing. The lobby was stunning. My room was average. The bathroom electrical outlets did not work and there was no mirror anywhere else fir me to dry my hair or apply my makeup. The bed was comfortable and thevroom was clean, although the bathroom could use some updating. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again."

"Barbie at the front desk checked me in and it was a breeze. Rhonda at the front desk for check out was an absolute joy and I can tell how much passion she has for her job and making guests comfortable. As always Rae and Emily were accommodating as ever and Arthur at the bar makes an amazing Brioche Bacon egg and Avocado sandwich.... Looking forward to staying there again soon!"
