"No hand soap and no toilet paper. Rooms are nice but not very sound proof. Kids running up and down the hall and were loud and obnoxious. I know that’s not on the hotel itself but you could hear them easily through the door. Had asked not to be placed close to families and even with most rooms being unoccupied they still puts next to a loud family with kids."

"All the staff I interacted with were very polite, friendly, and helpful. My room key didn't work at first when I checked in, but the front desk was quick to resolve it. Wood floors in the room I had were a little marked up, but was overall quite nice and clean. Shuttle service was readily available when I needed it, which I really appreciated. I'd say I was happy with my stay and again, upmost compliments to the staff."

"I was coming into town for work and my arrival window kept getting pushed later into the night; the front desk was extremely helpful in keeping my room available for me which was wonderful as I was arriving well past check in time and was really tired.
