Hence no point in contacting Novasol about the problem. I have the same opinion about Vbro so won't be using your services again. Bye bye"

We paid for sheets and towels that didn’t arrive till we had been there two days 4.The door to the pool leaked chlorine filled air to the lower floors had to keep their windows open 5. The coffee makers did not work well. 6. We liked the pool, sauna, and hot tub. 7. The person who checked on it was nice. 8 loved the area and location . 4"
