The view is incredible from everywhere in the house and this part of the Burntside Lake is sparsely populated. If you want a multi-generational group to gather here the owners need to address window coverings, especially in the one bathroom that has a shower that does not leak through the floor into the kitchen. Couple of the beds were not quite what we expected (twin futons in loft) but over all it was great for the # we had. Girls loved having a room to themselves and the board games were a hit. "Worked out great for my stay in Ely. Just outside town in a wooded setting - so a nice balance between environment and convenience. Price was very reasonable. I was not clear that there are other attached apartment properties on the site - was only drawback. But hardly even heard (never saw them) the others so no big deal in the end. If headed xc skiing or mtn biking - house is on the entrance road to Hidden Valley so incredibly easy access. "
