"Our stay was wonderful. The unit is at the beach. Very clean. 2nd floor so be aware there are stairs. The owner was very accommodating. We had a small problem and it was handled quickly. The mattress is memory foam. Some love that. We weren't crazy about it. There is so much to do in the area and the beach and indoor pool are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this for your stay. "

"We would stay here again. It is a duplex turned into 4 rentals, but it was roomy enough for 6 people and 2 dogs. The A/C was ice cold and had a separate air conditioner for each bedroom and living space. The location is great - only about 20 feet from beach access and 0.6 mile walk to shopping and food. The host responded to texts quickly. The people we met were all so nice. This is a rental and city I want to visit again. "

"We were having a wonderful, perfect trip until the second evening when the upstairs neighbors overflowed the bathroom. One of our bedrooms and bathrooms flooded and we noticed tons of black mold on the ceiling in the bedroom. Sun Surf Realty worked fast to get us in another rental that was not oceanfront and was much older and lesser quality then the one I had rented. It was very frustrating to say the least. A few hours after our arrival I opened sliding trash can area and roaches scampered out of trash. I would not choose this unit again because of bugs. The roaches mentioned were only seen once."

"The bedroom with the canopy bed was beautiful. It was so comfortable! The plants were a nice touch also. The house was well stocked. Since our vacation was during the Thanksgiving holiday we decided to cook our meal there. There was nice cookware available. We had plenty of cleaning supplies & laundry supplies on hand.
