Welcome to "Close Enough," your sweet bungalow retreat just over the Emerald Isle bridge, perfectly situated between the ocean and the sound. Tucked away from the road and nestled among the trees, this charming home with sandy-colored siding and turquoise shutters invites you in through sliding glass doors into a spacious, open living area. Choose from the back or front porch to relax, enjoying the salt air and cool breezes. Sip your morning coffee, toast with wine at night, or simply unwind in this serene setting.

The bungalow offers three inviting bedrooms, each with a queen bed, making it perfect for friends, family, and guests. Embrace the walkability of this location- take a stroll along the sand or enjoy a swim in the sea. Spend your days building sandcastles and your evenings dining at local restaurants, or opt for a cookout on the grill while watching the stars. Nearby shopping and activities, such as boating, fishing, ferry cruises, and water slides, ensure endless fun. This is the Crystal Coast vacation you've been dreaming of!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
