"It's a beautiful location and very convenient if you need to stop on the way to Tahoe. The building is new and room is in great condition. Unfortunately, the shower gel container was empty, the juice machine wasn't working and the breakast area lady walks around talking to herself outloud about her problems. :-) Other than that the facilities are in great shape!!!"

"neat property to stay at. it was a sunday night so it wasnt very busy. we had a shared bathroom but didnt see anyone else nearby. the balcony was nice to sit on and the absence of a tv made it easier to sit and enjoy the quiet. beautiful sunset views and nothing but crickets when none of the AC units are running."

"This is a very dated property, and the property's location down winding side roads was hard to find and not very close to Grass Valley/ Nevada City. The facility dates back to the 1960's, and it shows its age and some neglect. Little has been done to maintain or update it.
