"This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s exquisitely decorated, clean and just so wonderful. The area around the property is a sight to behold. Breakfast was great and the staff are very helpful with recommendations on where to eat. It’s nicely located so that you can visit lots of places in Florence including Pisa and Leonardo da Vinci’s house and of course Florence too. Only thing to be aware of is that you do need a car to visit this property and the roads have a lot of potholes. The WiFi is not great but honestly, we did not mind during the day as we were out or just enjoying the place. At night, we managed to watch some movies with buffering time. The pool was not open so we could not use it. The staff leave after work time so if you need anything from them be sure to ask before they leave "

"Castelfalfi is a tucked away paradise in Tuscany. I was genuinely wowed from the moment I stepped in the lobby. Besides the beautiful views and the amazing rooms, one of the best parts was the service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, at home, and fully taken care of. The little details and surprises every day were amazing. Thank you Benjamin for upholding the perfection of hospitality! I would also like to call out the restaurant thats right in the hotel. Every dinner was spectacular. The specials each night were to die for!! I am normally not a big hotel breakfast girl but everything was amazing each morning and they remembered all of my preferences after day one. I recommend doing the wine tour early in your stay so you can try all of their wines made on property, pick your favs, and order them throughout your stay. Lastly the spa is beautiful and the massages are so professional and well done! "

"We spent our last week of our 3 weeks in Italy in Marila’s home and are so happy we did! The location was fantastic, the home was perfect for us and Marilia was a warm and gracious host. We asked her to help with booking a chef to come in to teach a class, a wine tour and restaurant suggestions and all were fantastic. We would love to go back again!!"
