"This was the second time we stayed, we had stopped here on our way to Denmark and were so impressed we booked to stay again on the way back to the UK. Hannes worked tirelessly at breakfast time making sure everyone was happy and really made it such an enjoyable experience. I wouldn't hesitate to book a short stay here again. "Room was quiet, beds really comfy and had a great night's sleep. Owner friendly and chatty (his English was very good!). We were on a motorcycle and had no issues parking, plenty of space all hard standing and safe. Evening meal was good and hearty, and we could sit outside where there is a really lovely garden. Plenty for breakfast - bread rolls, meats, cheeses and home made jams. We were just stopping off for one night, but overall a great stay!"

"My husband stayed here and due to extremely late travel arrangements he didn’t get to the hotel until after 10pm. They had his key and room ready to go and he had a very comfortable stay. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality!"

"Firstly, I would stay here again! The apartment was very spacious, clean and easy to find. The kitchen was well equipped and super useful. One bath and one hand towel for a whole week wasn’t ideal and no obvious way to get clean ones. Emails about how to get in were clear, so no contact otherwise needed. When I arrived though there was a terrible smell in the apartment from the drains, which went as soon as I ran all taps and flushed loo a few times. I assume no one had been in for a while....

"A community event occurred outside our hotel room playing awful blaring music until 2 am. Was not told of this event upon booking. Room very hot, stuffy and could not open window because of the blaring music! Would not recommend it!"

"It is true rhat when you first see the Gasthoff you do not get the best impression. The outside could do with renovations and the reception looks a bit messy. But it is a family run place with very friendly and accommodating people. Breakfast is nice and beautifully displayed. The rooms are small but cosy and thoroughly clean. "Nice apartment. I was rather frustrated waiting with the last second countdown for a code. Seems elementary. That is the reason for the mid-grade score. However, when I asked for a few supplies, they were delivered promptly. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and quiet. We would highly recommend. "

"The room was great - clean with comfortable bed and bedding. I found all the staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast. "The hotel was in a good area, close to the city center, very walkable. The room wasn't large but it was clean and laid out very well. Lots of well planned storage options with built-in drawers and cupboards. The parking was convenient, under the hotel, tight spaces and entry/exit if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise clean and safe. It was very quiet and comfortable stay."
