This beautiful converted stable is the perfect spot for a romantic break or a family getaway. The cottage has been sympathetically converted to retain the traditional features you would expect and the modern conveniences you would need for your stay.
Entering the cottage into the cosy dining room area with a large dining table for four and overlooking the courtyard. The sitting room is open to the dining room and is beautifully decorated with and comfortable sofas and chairs, smart TV and wifi.
Through to the kitchen the hosts have gone to great effort to equip the cottage with everything you would need to comfortably self cater for your stay, including Lavazza coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster and electric oven and gas hob. There is also an iron and ironing board and washing machine for guests to use.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms to one side of the cottage there is a beautiful sunny king size bedroom and a twin room, all the bedding is hotel quality. The family bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and bath.
Outside there is a beautiful garden with seating areas and pretty lighting.
There is off road parking for two vehicles in the courtyard and by arrangement there is an option for secure undercover parking for the Goodwood Motorsport events.

The cottage is situated on the Southcoast Cycle Way and also has direct access by footpath and bridleway to the Southdowns linking up with Kingley Vale. There is a lovely village pub just a stones throw from the cottage which has been listed in the top 10 Sussex pubs for Sunday lunches. Just a short drive away is Westbourne village and just a little further is Emsworth host to two Michelin Star restaurants, Fat Olives and 36 on The Quay as well as many independent shops and cafes. Emsworth is a great spot for paddle boarding and kayaking and hire is available from Thorney Marina if you fancied having a try.
Goodwood Estate, home to The Revival and Festival of Speed is just a short distance away and access to Chichester is easy along the country roads.
The upper reaches of Chichester Harbour are a 5 minute drive away or 30 minute walk
Outlet shopping at Portsmouth GunWharf Quays is just a short drive to the west as well as The Historic Dockyard which is a fabulous day out.
