Holiday home for 12 people in Encinas Reales, in the province of Córdoba, Andalusia.

The ground floor has two living rooms, a dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, while the bedrooms are distributed on the other two floors.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share another bathroom. On the upper floor there is a very spacious room with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.

There is the possibility of making use of two single extra beds so that two more people can sleep. In addition, all bedrooms are air-conditioned with air conditioning.

Outside there is a terrace with a bar, barbecue area and a private pool.

La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée, avec des serviettes propres prêtes pour tous les occupants. Nous étions 9 personnes et le logement était parfait, avec 2 salles de bains privatives, une en commun pour 2 chambres plus une autre près de la piscine. La piscine parfaite et tous les équipements extérieurs géniaux, transats, barbecue, douche, petit salon, table extérieure pour prendre les repas. La maison était très agréable et spacieuse, équipée de climatiseur. Les propriétaires étaient très attentives à notre bien être . Maison située dans un grand village avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Expérience géniale

Sin duda un espacio excepcional para disfrutar en familia o con amigos (en nuestro caso tres familias con niños de uno a cuatro años). Los diferentes espacios de la casa permiten el descanso de unos y el disfrute de otros. La zona de la piscina un plus, así como los numerosos cuartos de baño. La comunicación con la dueña fenomenal también, así como con los vecinos y la gente del pueblo. El único problema sería para aquellas personas con reducida movilidad, pues la casa tiene muchos escalones que quizás puedan suponer un problema.
