Large entertaining deck, outdoor dining setting, gas BBQ and enclosed for the safety of children. Intimate deck for two off the master bedroom, coffee setting. Landscaped front garden with large lawn and play area at rear.

Owners Rights/Cancellations
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
