"On arrival, it was unfortunate we had to wait 10 -15 minutes for 3 staff to serve one guest in the VIP queue. Apart from that, the hotel stay was excellent. We would definitely return and hopefully, be treated like VIPs . "

"Lisa, in Reception, was really welcoming, helpful, respectful and kind. My room was spacious, warm, and had every comfort I could wish for. I was a bit disappointed with the evening restaurant and staff: the menu displayed in the bar was not the same menu that was available. The staff who showed me to my table was nice, but the staff who delivered the meal and then took my payment were a little cold and brusque and it spoiled my overall impression. (I dropped one star rating due to this.) However, the staff in the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and respectful. Both dinner and breakfast meals were good and well presented. The check-out time of 11.00am was very helpful. Checking out of the hotel was easy and I thank Lisa again for her help and kindness regarding my onward journey."

"The manager greeted my party at the door with our keys already ready. The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is about to go through updating renovations, so some of the esthetic issues will be taken care of with that. Hotel was perfect for what we needed. "
