I booked the same hotel I've been booking for 28 years, and when I arrived it was under renovation. No view of the lake, and so many twists and turns to get to my room. Odd experience, won't be coming back any time soon.

Very pleasant stay.
Four very pleasant nights, we particularly enjoyed the Spa. We'd booked to eat on the terrace on our last night but were called just before our booking time to say that the kitchen had no gas so they could only offer salads. We ate at the restaurant across the road which was excellent. Parking is quite expensive but easier than using one of the public car parks.

A disappointing stay: a hotel that feels like the Shining: endless corridor leading to oddly positioned elevator. The Spa while nice is only available using ONE coupon per person and per stay. You want to relax today go to the gym in the morning? You can't. It's either or since it's only one coupon. Everything feels a little greedy. Unpleasant.

Great location, cordial front desk and very warm surroundings. I was not happy to be denied entry to the pool. My bathing suit which I use in NH was not allowed in their pool. Very disappointed. The staffer at the pool was very rude.

Lovely spa & fantastic staff
The first room we were given was very tired and in need of refurbishment. Staff were vert helpful and moved us to a better room. Just a couple of small niggles, the curtains didn’t cover the window fully and the shower screen had no seal so soaked the floor but this didn’t spoil our stay. The spa was fantastic, the staff lovely and incredibly helpful, we would Like to come again. Thank you

Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Through the concierge,I could get a table on the terrace at Restaurant Fouquet. I got a free access to a spa and participated to aqua gymnastic, which was very pleasant .
