Only a short(.2miles)walk across the bridge to world-class Manasota Key beaches! This tastefully decorated home has that Florida coastal feel. Sit on the large front porch to enjoy the Gulf breeze, or move out back to the fenced yard to relax or grill out after a day at the beach. We are conveniently located between historic downtown Englewood and lovely, charming Venice. The area offers world class dining, shopping, entertainment, and so much more. This is the LOWER UNIT of a 2 STORY DUPLEX with separate entrances. The stairway to the Upper Unit does pass by the doorway to the Lower Unit. THE YARD, GRILL AND LAUNDRY ARE SHARED WITH THE UPPER UNIT. From linens and cookware to beach towels and chairs, it's all here. The only thing missing is you!

This is an adorable beach cottage. It's close to Manasota Beach, where we spent a couple of days hunting for shark teeth. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to this area.
