"Great stay, a bit of walk to Sapporo station but great food around the hotel area. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room size is decent and they have baby cot upon request. You can monitor the laundry machine status from TV in your room. I can say laundry room is the hottest potato for this hotel. Public bath is another popular spot in the hotel. Breakfast might need to queue if you come down during busy hour, around 8-9 am. Food is great and baby friendly. I can see many babies and kids...

This was especially convenient as it snowed during my arrival and there is an underground concourse that took me to the corner adjacent to the property so that my luggage was minimally exposed to elements. "Twin room was small and AC was too hot and I couldnt switch it off so lucky I could open the window to the -7c outside! Location was about 10 min walk from main rail station. Also about 25 min walk from Odori park and Suskino areas. Could barely fit one suitcase in the room, and that was only by putting it on the desk and restong it on chair edge."

"We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko.
