This is a complete country home with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. It contains two double bedrooms with extra single bed. A cozy lounge with log fire, and deck looks out over the Lakes.
Originally built in the rarely 1900s as a gardeners cottage for well known naturalist Herbert Guthrie Smith who owned Tutira Station. It has since been used as a shepherds quarters, managers residence and in later years as a shearers quarters. It has now been renovated.
