"Our host was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips on the local region and keeping the attractive outside area clean. The patio and pool area looks across a mountain view, changing in the light from dawn to dusk. The apartment provided everything we needed including indoor and outdoor cooking facilities. Castelbuono is well served for bars, restaurants and points of interest. It sits in the Madonie nature reserve so is good for walking and wildlife ."

"Our group covered friends and family aged 21 - 80+. This beautiful property had everything we needed; gorgeous views, multiple eating areas, lovely pool, fruit trees, lovely bedrooms, table tennis area, BBQ and even a pizza oven. Plus Amica, the gorgeous and adorable owners dog. The photographs do not do it justice! We had a great two weeks, and wished it could have been longer The local area is great, The hosts were charm themselves and so helpful. Top quality holiday location . "

"First thing to say is you'll probably need a car as it's about a 40 minute walk to Castelbuono - and coming back is quite steep walking. The upside of that is you are in a very tranquil location. It's idlyllic. Hardly a sound apart from birdsong and the occasional gentle charming clang of a cowbell as (presumably) some nearby cows were being led out to pasture I booked this place because its advert focused on tranquility - and it really lived up to that. "Rosanna and Gioacchino are the perfect hosts. So welcoming and helpful. On hand when needed but allowed us the space to enjoy the wonderful grounds. The view from the terrace is spectacular and the pool although cold in September was beautiful. The two bedroom apartment was is very spacious and homely. "

"Wow. What an incredible holiday we had! We arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay and it was no problem and the hosts happily showed us how everything worked. The villa is just stunning, we spent the majority of the days in the pool with our three children- 10, 8 and 4.
