"Everything was perfect concerning our stay. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated and the hosts were welcoming. We were all disappointed to be leaving and wished we had more time to enjoy ourselves in the surrounding area. "

"The place is superb - really homely and well furnished. We were there for a nearby wedding but is the perfect base to explore the wider area. We drove across to Saint Emilion for the day which was great. Le Pessaquai Restaurant is a great local option for dinner. Chateau Tour la Cadie just up the road does incredible and really well priced wine! Le Pessàquai Pessac sur Dordogne"

"From first contact, Nathalie was extremely helpful, we got a great video for check in as we were arriving very late at night. The wine was great, we know, we drank enough of it!! The house was clean and spacious with lots of games, the swimming pool was perfect, we all loved the diving board. We nicknamed the pool hoover Janice, she was a bit annoying in the pool all the time but the pool was clean so worth it I suppose. "The property was amazing for our group of 2 families, as we enjoyed and explored the greater Bordeaux area. Helene was an excellent host and offered to arrange a number of in-home experiences including a private meal cooked by a local chef, massages, horseback rides, etc. The pool was lovely and we found our stay to be very comfortable. It did take a bit of driving to get in and out of Bordeaux city, and there was always traffic during commuting hours. The property is very rustic and charming...

"We had al lovely stay there. The swimming pool is perfect. Always heated at a nice temperature. Different spots for sitting and an astonishing terrace with an nice view. At night you can spot even some wildlife walking next to your terrace. Very special!"

"This property is absolutely beautiful! Located in a quiet village in a region of rolling hills and vineyards. Closest little town is about 5 minutes away which is convenient for groceries. St. Emilion and all its offerings is a 20 minute drive. We found this to be a great spot to explore the Bordeaux region. Please note you will need a car. "Somos una familia de 8, de paso hacia valle del Loira. Fuimos muy bien acogidos por Joël y su mujer, que hablaba español. La casa está recién remodelada con algunos detalles por finalizar (la puerta del aseo). Los cuartos eran grandes y los detalles estaban muy cuidados, con ambientadores y multiplicador de enchufes. "We stayed for 3 nights to explore the area in and around Bordeaux. The cabin/chalet was exactly as described. It is in the lovely back garden of a home in a suburb of Bordeaux. We were very comfortable after a busy day of site seeing and travelling about. There isn't much around it to walk to for dining, so we bought food on our way back at the end of day to eat in."
