"This brilliant hotel rescued me when I was stranded in Reims when the last TGV out of town was cancelled. The staff were utterly brilliant in looking after me. I wasn’t prepared for an overnight stay and they provided all the toiletries that I needed. And an iPhone charger. Because it was late, the bar was no longer serving food, so one of the receptionists helped me find some dinner from the kitchen. All through, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. I was a bit traumatised by the late change to my travel plans, but this hotel made me feel really at home. The breakfast the next morning was really lovely too. Thank you so much. "

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Reims. We chose this hotel for close proximity to the train station, which is directly across the street. Complimentary breakfast was offered and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and nicely presented.
