Excellent property, great location
An adult couple and a family of four shared this gite for a week in August, enjoying the space conferred (especially the 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms). We used the additional kitchen as a larder and the extra fridge for cold drinks! There was space to park three cars (if we had needed it), and the garden contained a patio (with furniture) and two BBQs. We had a charcoal BBQ every night, accompanied by local cider and always followed by a Coupe de Bretagne/Normande! We went to Kerhillio beach every day bar one. It was great for bodyboarding in the waves and sandy beach games. We enjoyed shopping at the SuperU in Belz, as well as trips to St Cado, Etel and Carnac. Traveling by ferry from Plymouth to Roscoff, we were delayed en route due to severe weather and arrived very late to the gite (post-midnight). The owners were very generous and gracious in welcoming us so late. We broke up our return journey by staying the night in Roscoff (La Residences des Artistes) and eating at Chez Janie. It was a great end to a great week, only 2 hours 20 minutes from Roscoff.

Maison spacieuse pour un séjour en famille
La maison est spacieuse et bien agencée. Jardin agréable avec terrasse /pergola permettant de manger dehors et profiter des chaises longues. La maison correspond au descriptif et est bien équipée. Commerces à proximité. Idéal pour visiter la région. Très bon séjour. S’il fallait émettre une petite remarque, c’est le manque de place pour ranger les denrées de type épicerie. Pour le frais, il n’y a pas de soucis, car la maison dispose de 2 réfrigérateurs.

Belle maison, bien située mais annonce mensongère sur certains équipements: le meuble barbecue à gaz était manquant et remplacé par un petit barbecue ‘canoon’ instable et complètement rouillé et le parasol chauffant était inexistant, tous 2 pourtant présentés dans l’annonce au moment de la réservation. Les meubles de la pièce à vivre et de la cuisine étaient si remplis de vaisselle, redondante, que nous n’avions absolu aucun emplacement pour la nourriture. Le séjour s’est quand très bien passé mais, à la remise des clés, nous nous sommes retrouvés devant une propriétaire agressive, d’une mauvaise foi caractérisée, allant même à nous accuser d’avoir cassé l’aspirateur et des verres. La propriétaire nous a également accusés de la perte du double des clés… qui étaient restées dans un placard. Nous ne les avions pas utilisées ne connaissant pas leur existence. Nous sommes habitués à louer de belles maisons, toujours sans aucun problème,et cette fin de séjour nous a été très pénible. En conclusion, belle maison mais limite malhonnête.

Maison très bien équipée et simple à vivre en famille, dans un environnement calme mais à deux pas des commerces. On a apprécié la terrasse couverte pour déjeuner/dîner dehors sans vis à vis. Et mention spéciale pour la mise à disposition de BD et de vélos !

Quartier tranquille. Maison spatieuse, nous étions 5 couples. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine et les repas. Le linge fourni est un plus bien agreable. Nous aurions aimé avoir un placard vide pour ranger notre épicerie. Les couchages de l’etage de la maison ne sont pas faciles pour des personnes qui ont des difficultés de mouvement.

Fin dai primi contatti la proprietaria si è dimostrata molto disponibile e precisa. La casa era pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort. Cucina super attrezzata, camere ampie e spaziose, bagni in ordine. Tutte le dotazioni funzionanti. Buono lo spazio esterno. Ottima la posizione, pochi minuti dal mare e non lontana da bellissimi paesi e città. Tutto perfetto!

Maison dans un quartier calme et un voisinage très sympathique. Le lieu est idéal pour satisfaire toute la famille: aller au bourg à pied, à la plage en vélo, visiter Carnac, Auray, Quiberon, Etel, marcher sur les sentiers en forêt en partant de la maison...cette grande maison bien équipée permet à chacun d'avoir son lieu de tranquillité ! De plus, la météo a été parfaite !

Une maison fonctionnelle, conviviale, très propre et bien équipée avec une jolie terrasse aménagée pour les repas et barbecues en extérieur. L'environnement est très calme. La maison est très proche de la belle plage de Kerhillio, à 5mn en voiture, et les commerces du centre-ville sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied. Il y a beaucoup de belles visites à faire aux alentours. Un grand merci à Brigitte et Jean-Pierre qui sont charmants et accueillants et ont été de plus particulièrement réactifs et attentionnés pour trouver une solution à notre oubli d'un objet dans la maison. Merci encore pour votre grande gentillesse ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

A 5mn de la plage en voiture à 10mn du centre pour les courses c'est juste nickel. Propriété confortable ,5 chambres , nous étions 7 c'était super, il manque juste une petit rangement supplémentaire pour les courses dans la cuisine. Brigitte est tout a l'écoute ,réactive et efficace un grand merci

Cette location est parfaitement équipée, et parfaitement placée pour rayonner sur le secteur. Les commerces d'Erdeven à proximité de la location sont bien utiles. La location est spacieuse et permet de loger sans souci 10 personnes, avec la particularité de pouvoir scinder 2 espaces de vie distincts, ce qui est parfait pour plusieurs couples.
