Holiday house Karin - Holiday home

Bright holiday home for up to 4 people. Up to 6 people can sleep in the house on request. The house is in a very quiet and child-friendly location, it is two-storey and you have a wonderful wide view.   The sunsets on the adjoining field are very nice. The house has a large garden with a south-west facing terrace, which invites you to relax and unwind. Corresponding garden chairs / table and relax couch are available. A large brick barbecue and a fountain ensure long romantic and undisturbed evenings on the terrace. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a boxspring double bed and in the other two single beds. Both bedrooms were newly furnished in 2016. On the lower floor is a large living room with a flat screen TV and a round corner, which can be converted into a sleeping sofa for even greater comfort.  A door leads from the living room directly to the terrace.���� The modern bathroom has received a new shower and a new wash block in 2016. There is also a separate kitchen with basic equipment and a new cooker, oven and ceramic hob from the year 2017, as well as a fridge and freezer, coffeemaker, water cooker and a radio.  In the small storeroom you can store the bags and travel bags, or brought along toys.   The external roller blinds ensure that you can sleep comfortably and the house does not heat up too hot on hot summer days. Bicycles can be included in the garage, which is also used by the landlord. Wifi is available. If required, the landlord is happy to provide information about all the issues in the region; be it shopping, shopping, eating out, fishing, experiencing nature, mudflats, the North and Baltic Sea, etc., as the landlord is very natural.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollen Gastgebern!
Die FeWo ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man braucht. In der Küche gibt es Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser, Besteck, usw. Die Dusche im Bad ist bodentief und ausreichend groß. Im Wohnzimmer ist auf der Couch oder am Esstisch für alle genug Platz und der Fernseher kann auch HDMI. Da die Terrasse windgeschützt ist, kann man hier auch bei frischeren Temperaturen gut sitzen. Das Bett im Obergeschoss war für mich sehr angenehm, allerdings ist die Treppe nach oben doch Recht steil. Man braucht etwas Übung😁 Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber. Alle sind supernett und sympathisch!

Zu klein für große Hunde
Die Lage des Objekts ist schön. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich. Es gibt drei Stühle zum Essen, obwohl das Objekt für vier Personen ausgeschrieben ist. Unser Hund -40kg- hatte kaum Platz im Wohnzimmer und wir mussten immer über ihn drüber steigen. Es gibt keinen Zaun und für vier Personen ist es definitiv zu klein. An schönen Sommertagen sicherlich zu empfehlen, da die Terrasse sonnig ist und man so das Zimmer unten kaum nutzen wird. Der Aschenbecher war noch voll als wir ankamen…

Ferienhaus Karin
Wer ländliche Ruhe sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Vermieterfamilie Ist sehr nett. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben. Selbst unser Hund wurde mit Leckerli bedacht. Das Ferienhaus ist zwar mit 4 Schlafplätzen sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist besser nur mit 2 Personen zu reisen, da die Küche nicht für 4 Personen ausgelegt ist. Es ist zwar genug Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, der Platz ist aber etwas beengt. Man kann sich aber auch im Wohnzimmer versorgen. Für Urlaub mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen.
