Everything you need and nothing you don't need. Perfect.
This apartment is wonderful. It is clean, has neutral (but not impersonal) decor and has everything you need. All details are well thought out and there is not one thing too many nor one thing too little. It is centrally located and the owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I thoroughly recommend this place and would stay here again next time I am in Erfurt with no hesitation. If I was staying longer (than 6 nights) an iron might be a good extra but that's about all. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dominik.

Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte einwandfrei, obwohl wir etwas früher da waren. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend, ist man in unserer Zeit gar nicht mehr gewohnt! Um so mehr haben wir uns gefreut. Die Wohnung ist echt nur knapp 5 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Fürs Parken sollte man sich einen Parkplatz buchen in der Nähe! Rundherum war es ein schönes Wochenende, vielen Dank auch an den Vermieter 😃

Ideale kleine Wohnung für zwei Personen
Kleines gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile; kleines Schlafzimmer mit zwei getrennt stehenden Betten; alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. nette Vermieter; ideale Lage in der Nähe der Krämerbrücke. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kleine Wohlfühloase inmitten der Stsdt
Kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung in super Lage. Alles extrem sauber und der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist ideal für einen Kurztrip ins schöne Erfurt. Das Auto kann mal stehen bleiben und alles ist fußläufig zu erkunden. Insgesamt spitze! Da kommen wir gerne wieder!

Ein kleines Zuhause in optimaler Lage
Wir waren 3 Nächte hier umd haben den Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Die Lage ist genial, wir konnten Alles zu Fuß erkunden, den Egapark mit der Bahn erreichen. Die Wohnung ist ein kleines zu Hause im Urlaub, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Empfang sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Auf den Spuren der Geschichte
Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Wir sind völlig ohne ÖPNV ausgekommen. Der Stil der Wohnung passt super in die historische Umgebung. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden, sehr sauber, das Bad schön groß. Die Vermieter sind sehr kooperativ und hilfsbereit. In Erfurt ist sehr viel zu entdecken.

Eigentlich sollte man lieber nicht so viel Werbung machen, damit die Wohnung ab und an frei bleibt für uns....aber es war wieder wirklich toll. Alles da, was man braucht inkl Fön und Kaffeekapseln. Sehr bequeme Betten, Fußbodenheizung.... Sehr gute Lage

ruhige Lage mittendrin
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer kleinen Seitengasse nahe der grossartigen Krämerbrücke. Man tritt also zur Tür hinaus und ist nach einmal um die Ecke gehen schon mittendrin. Die Tage jetzt waren auch schon die ersten Weihnachtsstände aufgebaut. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich. Die Fußbodenheizung wurde sehr begrüßt, da draußen der erste Schnee fiel. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und zuverlässig, selbst als wir Sonderwünsche wegen Allergien ankündigten. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum
Es war alles , wie im Inserat beschrieben. Hochwertig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider war ich dienstlich dort und konnte mir somit die Stadt nicht richtig anschauen. Vielleicht dann bei einem nächsten Mal, bei welchem ich gerne wieder auf diese Unterkunft zurückkomme.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Erfurt
Wir waren nach Erfurt gekommen, um ein Clueso - Konzert zu besuchen. Es war ein tolles Wochenende. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir wurden von der freundlichen Vermieterin ganz lieb begrüßt und durften die Wohnung weit vor der offiziellen Check-in Zeit beziehen.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Fewo in Erfurt war sehr schön, sowie die Lage und auch als Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung Thüringens optimal. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Stadt Erfurt ist sowieso top👍🌺👍🌺

Unterkunft enttäuscht.
Ich hatte eine Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Allerdings war es nur ein Schlafzimmer. Die Couch musste ich als Bett nutzen, so dass die Gemütlichkeit fehlte, und wir zum Fernsehen die Couch nicht nutzen konnten. Da Bad/Toilette vom Wohnraum nur erreichbar waren, konnte diese nur vom Wohnraum erreicht werden (nachts sehr störend). Insofern bin ich leider sehr enttäuscht.
