It welcomes you a sunlit, child friendly, separate in the 2nd Upper floor located holiday apartment. Comfortably furnished with 70sqm. For the feel-good climate biologically recommended, as well as ecological building materials. For this purpose, clay plaster in all rooms, oiled oak planks in the living area, eco-laminate in the bedrooms and wall heating are used. The building was awarded the "Erfurt Green House Number" for sustainable, energy-efficient construction. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, including a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, each with an extra bed for children is possible, 1 spacious living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom. In the immediate vicinity are Erfurt's largest park, the outdoor pool, and a variety of shops. On request, a breakfast buffet is available nearby.

Städtereise Erfurt und Umgebung
Eine sehr schöne und sehr gut konzipierte Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Wir haben den Blick durch die bodentiefen Fenster in den Garten sehr genossen. Leider sind auf der Spittelgartenstraße und der näheren Umgebung nur die wenigsten Objekte so schön wie die Nummer 18. Die Parkplatzsuche war nicht immer einfach. Aber dafür ist das wunderbare Zentrum von Erfurt nicht sehr weit entfernt und gut mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub daher sehr genossen.

Schöne FeWo in Erfurt
Schöne ökologische FeWo in Erfurt, mit zwei Schlafzimmern (1 Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbetten). Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock in ruhiger Lage und doch nicht weit entfernt von der Innenstadt. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit dem Parken des Autos. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Danke nochmal!

Zwei ältere Ehepaare fühlten sich sofort in der hellen sonnigen ruhigen Wohnung gut aufgehoben.Sie ist günstig gelegen, Straßenbahn ganz nah, wunderbarer Rad-und Fußweg an der Gera zum Zentrum ,sehr nette Besitzer , die im Haus wohnen.Alles bestens !

Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist geräumig ,modern und es fehlt an nichts. Von dort aus besteht sehr gute Straßenbahnanbindung in alle Richtungen. Unser Auto blieb die 4Tage auf dem vom Vermieter reservierten Platz stehen.

Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in zehn Minuten in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen über Ostern in der Wohnung. Sehr geräumig, hell und freundlich gestaltet. Alles da ( ein richtig großer Topf um für 6 Leute zu kochen wäre noch wünschenswert), netter Vermieter. Innenstadt mit Strassenbahn gut zu erreichen. Fazit: Empfehlenswert
