There was a fire alarm situation and the clerk was telling everyone it’s ok to go up to our rooms without having had the fire department clear the hotel. On top of that I asked 4 times from the day I checked in for a shower chair, for a room that was accessible, the chair should be offered at check in or already in the bathroom. The one time I asked the clerk said’ it’s kinda hectic right now.

We are from Southwestern Ontario and stay here about 5-6 times a year. We love the shopping, casino is across the street, the breakfast is great, coffee is fresh and hot and the best part about this place. The staff are awesome. 7mns away from Peach Street, and about 90mns from Buffalo. See ya soon.

There was several youth hockey teams. Breakfast was noisy and over crowded. In the evening the music was blaring and kids were playing hockey in the meeting room. One night they set off the fire alarm. The carpet was dirty and stained in the bedroom.

Not meaning this as a complaint but as a suggestion... I had a double queen standard room. I was pleasantly surprised how big it was. Since there were two of us sharing the room, it would have been nice to have had an extra chair in the room. I also thought the breakfast area was quite crowded and could use a little more room.

Was not happy with house keeping They came to clean the room and just walked in while I was in the shower I asked her to come back in an hour and was told it's now or tomorrow The front desk was no help I felt like I was ignored Later in the day when I asked for clean towels I was told house keeping was gone for the day and I would have to wait until the next day I tried to tell them about the mold in and around the shower and was told that was normal and it can't be cleaned My over all experience with this location is poor at best Next time I'm in Erie I will stay somewhere else
