"My room did have a balcony, but the doors had to be kept closed to keep the heat out and also because of mosquitos. The hotel has a beautifully tiled foyer - it must have been renovated since the image in the listing was taken. The public spaces were nice, but my room was a bit 'institutional' with very few 'comforts' and terrible lighting. "

"This is a property located very close to Ernakulam (North) Town railway station - just 3-5 mins by walk. It is a small property but maintained clean. The room is neither too cramped nor large; good for a family of 4 to stay for a couple of days. Hot water for bathing is available 24 hours a day. AC works well and the staff are courteous, offered extra chair to sit and blankets.
