The Expedia description was that the hotel had a 24/7 reception, however, when we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm due to late train connections, no one was at the hotel. "Would highly recommend this hotel, it is in a wonderful location for many trekking trails in the area. The hotel itself is set back into the countryside, so it is very quiet.
