Une jolie maison de vacances bien située près de la très belle plage d'Erquy (accessible à pied), point de départ de jolies balades. L'insonorisation de la maison est son point faible, surtout avec un bébé qui se réveille la nuit. A envisager avec des enfants plus grands.

Très belle maison et prestations
Mise à part le forfait ménage qui n'est pas sans conséquence sur le budget et obligatoire, j'aurais espéré une maison bien plus propre à notre arrivée. Même à se demander si le ménage avait été fait. Trop de poussière et de "moumoutes" partout dans la maison dès qu'on bougeait quelque chose . Bien dommage... Et soucis avec le lave-vaisselle qui lave très mal, obligé de reprendre à la main. Sinon pour le reste c'était parfait.

Séjour très agréable et reposant
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de la villa La longère des roziou. Situation idéale entre St Malo et l'île de Bréhat. Bord de mer à 10 minutes à pied et que dire de la piscine chauffée dont nous avons largement profiter avec notre enfant de 2 ans et demi. Parfait, logement spacieux et soigneusement décoré. Merci à Elsa qui nous accueillie et à Mr Fresnel pour cette très jolie location. Florian

Sehr schönes Haus in traumhafter Region
Das Objekt entspricht den Bildern und ist ein tolles Urlaubsziel. Wir waren im Oktober dort und somit außerhalb der Saison in der Region. Dementsprechend waren alle Einrichtungen bzw. Angebote nicht oder nur eingeschränkt verfügbar. Uns ging es um die Landschaft und das Haus - von beidem waren wir (3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder mit Hund) begeistert. Für alle die das Meer & Küsten, Meeresfrüchte und tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten mögen ist dies eine Empfehlung. Wir können uns ein Wiederkommen vorstellen. Da das, vom superfairen Vermieter, beauftragte Reinigungsunternehmen ein wenig geschludert hatte und wir erstmal insbesondere im Küchenbereich nachreinigen mußten vergeben wir nur vier Sterne für die Gesamtbewertung. Der Vermieter hat umgehend reagiert. Hierfür einen Daumen nach oben - Danke!

Wonderful House for a wonderful holiday
The house is very nice for a quiet holiday. It was very clean and had everything to enjoy our holiday. We liked having breakfast on the balcony and swimming and playing in the pool. The next town, Erquy, is about 15 minutes away. There are very good restaurants, bars and a picturesque harbour. Also you find there many shops and supermarkets.

Magnifique séjour
Un séjour au top dans une maginique maison. Il ne manque de rien l’espace une cuisine équipée, une cheminée suspendue pour les soirées d'hiver, des chambres magnifiques décorées avec goût, un terrain nature au calme, une terasse reposante et biensur la piscine chauffée à débordement couverte. Toute la maison est décorée avec gout, ce qui donne une atmosphère agréable et reposante. La maison est idéalement située avec plage à proximité et beaucoup d’activités telles que la marche, le kayak, du bateau, la pêche, vélo, possibilité de visite des Iles, à proximité de site tel que le Cap Fréhel et autre, il ne manque rien. Le propriétaire à été très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. Si vous voulez découvrir cette région, je vous conseil la location de cette villa qui répondra à toutes vos attentes. Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage.
Lage: Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig an einer kleinen und wenig befahrenen Straße (eher ein Feldweg), die direkt am Ende der Siedlung liegt. Man kann ab hier direkt mit dem Hund auf's Feld spazieren gehen. Das Grundstück liegt an einem Hang und ist von schönen alten Bäumen umgeben. Von der hochgelegenen Terasse hat man eine herrliche Aussicht. Der phantasische, weitläufige Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus: Hell und freundlich, großer Esstisch mit viel Platz für 2 Familien, genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten zum "chillen" usw. für alle. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten. Die Schlafzimmer sind ein wenig klein, dafür ist der Wohn- und Kochbereich umso großzügiger. Bäder/WC war alles OK und sauber. Das ganze Haus war in einen tadellosen Zustand die Ausstattung ist teilweise gehoben. Sehr angenehme und positive Atmosphäre. Pool/Terassen: Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und konnten gar nicht genug davon bekommen. Die Terassen sind schön bepflanzt und geschmackvoll möbliert. Teilweise von den Bäumen beschattet, konnte man entspannt lesen, den Kindern beim Toben im Wasser zusehen und sich erholen. Umgebung: In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken und natürlich tolle Strände. Wir hatten gutes Wetter und konnten jeden Tag an einem anderen Strand baden. Besonders hervorzuheben: Plage de Lourtuais, der Strand bei Saint Michel, so wie auf dem Weg nach Fort La Latte den Plage de La Fosse. Plage Du Guen empfanden wir eher langweilig. Perfekte Crossaints gibt's bei "Ti Bara" in Erquy. Der Vermieter: Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt. Wenn mal eine Email nicht ganz deutlich war, hat sich Mr. Fresnel sofort auf eine sehr höfliche Art gemeldet und alle Fragen unkompliziert geklärt. Mr. Fresnel ist auch auf unsere Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Rasche Rückzahlung der Kaution. Fazit: Eine tolle Urlaubswoche, an die sich alle gerne zurück erinnern. Vielen Dank! Peter Skrowny

Très bon séjour !
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à la longère des Roziou. La villa correspondait tout à fait à la description et aux photos. Nous avons aimé son confort, sa déco et jusqu'à son aménagement paysager. Christophe s'est montré un hôte prévenant et réactif à nos demandes. La piscine était bien agréable en complément de la plage proche. Merci encore

Super séjour

Overall impression is good
We enjoyed our stay but there some things not right and not in line with the property description. It was very hot and there were no parasols as in the photos. The owner just said they must have been taken but did not bring any more. This was difficult with young children. Lounge was good and kitchen facilities were OK . Crockery was not in good condition lots of plates but cracked and chipped. Outside table was badly damaged. Barbecue was filthy, rusty and totally unusable Bathrooms were ok but not as described. One shower and basin is in one bedroom. Toilet is separate. The main bathroom is good. The mezzanine in our view is not suitable for small children. Dangerous gaps on the edge. There is no toilet upstairs so again difficult for children. Details say it sleeps 10 which technically it does but with a difficult layout. If you have 6 adults they would need to sleep downstairs and for us the mezzanine was unsuitable for young children unsupervised. The pool was very good and beach was close but again not really within walking distance as the road is steep and busy. One big issue was payment. I had to pay the owner direct and because of the exchange rate I am still not sure whether I overpaid. The deposit was not returned until 6 weeks after our holiday and then only because I kept emailing the owner. The property was clean but the owner find not in my view provide good customer service. Would I recommend - possibly but I think there are better places on this coast at less cost. Expensive for what is provided.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in gemütlicher Atmosphäre verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. WLAN ist vorhanden. Der schöne Strand in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Kontakt bzw. die Buchung zu Monsiuer Fresnel war nett und unklompiziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very cosy house
Very cosy house close to the beach. We enjoyed the privacy and of course the pool. With 4 persons we had plenty of space. Bigger groups should be aware that there are three separate rooms with double bed, the remaining beds are in the loft above open to kitchen and living room. Clear recommondation from our side!

angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, die Schlafzimmer etwas klein und dunkel. Wohnzimmer, Küche und Dachboden sind schön gross und rustikal ausgestattet. Die grossen Fenster im Wohnzimmer geben den Eindruck, mitten in den Baumkronen zu sitzen.

Man bekommt, was man gebucht hat... Perfekt!
Man bekommt das, was man auf der Website gesehen bzw. gebucht hat. Preis Leistung passt. Wir, 2 Familien mit 6 Kindern (2 - 8 Jahre), die 5 - 8 jährigen im Dachgeschoss. Der überdachte, beheizte und abschliessbare Aussenpool ist das - wann auch immer am Tag - Highlight für alle Kinder von 2 - 99 Jahren. Alles ist organisiert, am erten Tag kommt der Pool-Man und reinigt ihn. Küchen-Essen-Aufenthaltsbereich ist gigantisch hell und groß. Alles da, was man braucht. Ca. 500 m zum Strand. Wenn man eben diese Gegend der Nord-Bretagne bei Erquy besuchen möchte, dann ist man hier richtig. M. Fresnel, merci, et à la prochaine! Stefan G.

EXCELLENT SÉJOUR
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La maison est charmante, un havre de paix. Décoration soignée. Très bien équipée. Superbe plage à 2 pas. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Très agréable
Séjour familial en oct 2015. Maison très confortable, bien équipée, charme et modernité. Pièce séjour cuisine cheminée très agréable pour la fin de journée. Avec 3 jeunes enfants, piscine sécurisée à clef, pas de stress ! A recommander ! Région, plage, ballades : magnifiques !

We (5 adults, 3 Children) had a great vacation.
The house, deck and pool are well designed and clean. The walk to the beach is pleasant and not too far. The beaches and country side are beautiful. The local food is tasty and results in excellent meals from the well equipped kitchen.
