Très bon séjour
Appartement conforme à l’annonce. Propreté. Confort. Calme. Mériterait un petit rajeunissement. Propriétaire gentille et disponible. La vue sur la mer. Seul hic, une grue juste devant. Mais les propriétaires ne sont pas responsables. Nous recommandons.

Das Appartement war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, vor allem die gute Lage hat uns gefallen: Es liegt ganz ruhig mit Blick bis zum Meer, zu Fuß ist das Stadtzentrum und der Hafen in 15 min. erreichbar.

Abreise nach zwei Tagen
Gute Lage, toller Ausblick, sehr nette Vermieter. Leider gibt es ein massives Schimmelproblem in allen Zimmern und dem Kleiderschrank, was zu gesundheitlichen Problemen führte. Teilweise sehr renovierungsbedürftig! Vermieter waren kulant, sodass wir abreisen konnten und die Kosten teilweise erstattet bekommen haben.

Un endroit excellent pour découvrir la Côte de Penthièvre et la Côte d'Emeraude
Appartement situé idéalement dans Erquy, calme et vue imprenable sur la baie. Très bon accueil et disponibilité des propriétaires. Proche de Saint Malo, Saint Brieuc et des stations balnéaires (Val-André, Cap Fréhel, Dinard ..) et aussi de plages + sauvages au nord (Sables d'Or les Pins). Nous recommandons sans hésiter !!

Location qui correspond à l'annonce, bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité, très belle vue, commerces, plage, port chemin de randonnée à proximité, tout peut se faire à pieds si vous n'avez pas peur des montées. Propriétaires accueillants et à l'écoute. Point négatif table intérieure un peu petite heureusement nous n'étions que deux.

Location parfaite pour 2. Pas beaucoup de place pour tourner autour du lit et miroir de la salle de bain trop bas pour 2 grands comme nous, mais ce sont les vacances et on s'adapte. Electro-ménager, LL, LV et TV impeccables. Vue, terrasse et jardinet parfaits. Très bon séjour, de plus il faisait magnifique! A recommander sans hésitation. Stéphane et Marie-France

Une location très bien équipée, une vue superbe, des loueurs très sympathiques
Dès la prise de contact, une réactivité immédiate de nos loueurs. Un contact facile et chaleureux, une totale confiance s'instaure d'emblée. Une grande souplesse en ce qui concerne les heures d'arrivée et de départ, montrant une générosité désintéressée. La vue est tout simplement époustouflante sur la baie et le port d'Erquy. La location dispose de toutes les commodités et est très confortable. Il est possible de garer sa voiture à proximité, dans l'enceinte de la résidence . Nous sommes venus en plein mois de décembre par un temps peu clément, qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse et de la pelouse face à la mer, ce qui doit être bien agréable en saison estivale. Il n' y a aucun bruit ce qui permet de bonnes nuits et un calme total. La localisation permet de pouvoir naviguer dans la région sans être éloigné des différents centres d'intérêts; le cap Fréhel,Fort Lalatte, Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malot, ...La ville dispose de commerces de proximité et d'un centre commercial peu éloigné. Bref nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location à de futurs touristes, quelque soit la saison. Un grand merci à nos loueurs pour leur excellent accueil.

Gut platzierte kleine Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen
Wir waren mit 2 Kindern in dieser Wohnung, wofür das kleine Séparée mit seinen 2 Betten gut geeignet war. Die Vermieter waren beim Empfang sehr freundlich und haben bei unseren weiteren Fragen gerne geholfen. Die Wohnung selbst war gut ausgestattet, es mangelte an nichts. Erquy ist ideal platziert mit eigenen, teils wilden Stränden am Cap d'Erquy, mit dem nahe gelegenen Cap de Fréhel, Saint-Malo, dem Mont-Saint-Michel, aber auch auf der anderen Seite Perros-Guirrec. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch außerhalb der eigentlichen Ferienzeit ausreichend vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

La vue sur mer et le calme de la résidence nous ont enchantés. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Nous avons cuisiné tous les jours poissons et crustacés. Un vrai régal de déguster ces produits frais sur la terrasse avec la vue sur le port....

Quiet and peaceful with lovely views
The apartment is surprisingly secluded, and quiet. It is very comfortable and well-equipped. Taking breakfast on the terrace on a sunny morning is a delight. It is only about 10 minutes walk from the harbour, and a little more to the town centre. A short walk up the hill takes you to the countryside, with pleasant walks around the headland to secluded beaches, or through woods. The owners are very kind and helpful. This is a very good base for a holiday in this lovely area. I would happily return or recommend it to friends.

A deux pas du port et près du centre ville, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé. Nous y avons fait plusieurs randonnées au départ de l'appartement sans prendre la voiture. A recommander.
