"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "Nice property, very clean, lovely food, stunning roof top terrace and great location! However, don’t be mislead with the word Boutique in the hotel name - it isn’t! Some areas have modern touches but much of the hotel is still old fashioned and basic. Also, was rather disappointed that the vast majority of rooms have a window, not a balcony. There was no mention of this or option to book a balcony prior to arrival. In all my years of travel, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a beach hotel...

"The family room was great for us and would recommend for other families like ours. Is in a great location near the beach and the fairground. The pools are very nice for the kids. The meal times were a little inconvenient for us, dinner started at 7pm by which time our young children are usually in bed! Luckily, there are a lot of great restaurants easily walkable that we utilised nearer the end of our stay. We have been to Es Canar many times and love it, we will be returning."

"Enjoyed the stay for a nice chilled holiday in Es Canar. Stone throw away from beach and good restaurants. It is classed as 2 star hotel but i wouldn't fault it . Very good breakfast in with price. The lunch menu was standard fayre but was lovely and so reasonable. Good standards all round"

"This comfy apart hotel was comfy and homey. The owner is a talented fotographer and her work was all over the property from beautiful sites from Ibiza . The wrap around terrace with dining table was so nice. We had the most amazing stay. Cliffs and beaches very close. Bus stop for airport and more directly across the street. Can’t say enough good about this place. "
