"It’s beautiful to the eye and very relaxing. The pool areas are lovely but the staff on reception need to be a bit more pleasant and the food is poor for a 4 star. If they got the food and running of the restaurant sorted it would be amazing. "

"Lovely hotel in a great location. It has a beautiful pool and new-ish sun loungers. The room was functional. We hired the safe for €3 per day. The maid visited daily and tidied the room well. A relatively minor grumble...the beds were not the most comfortable. Our stay was in late October so the hotel was very, very quiet and many bars, restaurant and shops in Es Cana had already closed or closed while we were in town.
