"The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "

The stepping stones used as stairs are uneven, some wobbly, and no hand rails, which made them very UNSAFE. The home needs a new latch on the gate and a handle on the patio door. Two completely separate attached homes on the property with magnificent views, access to local hikes. 10 minutes from a small town (Sulz) with a good supermarket and bakery. Lots of cultural and mountain activities within a 30 - 60 minute ride. Sauna, hot tub and indoor pool are shared between the two homes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-appointed. What isn't obvious from the listing is the direct access and use of the outside sitting area/table by the kitchen door and the beautiful garden space. "Beautiful room, great bathroom, stunning views. Haven’t commented on the staff because I didn’t see anyone, it was easy self check in and parking without any issue. It’s a multi purpose building and the hotel is 2 floors up, it’s done very well and it felt very secure. Just be aware that there is no lift so carrying heavy bags up is a bit of an ordeal. My only little moan is the first photo on Expedia of this hotel is of a beautiful building on a mound, titled “view of the city from hotel”....
