"We had a lovely stay at the Soundview and would consider staying again, however, we don’t understand why my brother in law paid the same price but received a much larger room with a living area and full sized kitchen and larger bathroom. Our room was a studio sized room but we paid the same price for the one night stay. Another concern we had was the lack of lighting on the deck area by the pool, closer to the ocean, more adequate lighting is needed by the bbq area for people cooking their meals...

"This area; just after or before the summer season, is amazing. The weather is great and the crowds are nonexistent. Listening to the ocean waves breaking all night long is worth the stay.
