"The stay was good, until I received the final settlement amount. 186 Euro for final cleaning. What a surprise! Even if you count for a cleaning person a more than 20 Euros hours pay, the person must have cleant the appartement for more than nine!!! hours. That is breathtaking. I dont care about the sum as such. But beeing pult over the barrel doesnt feel good, and nope is against the law. So, what do you think?"

"Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage mit nur kurzem Weg zum Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider ist der Spitzboden offen, so dass für die obenschlafenden, sich der eigene Rhythmus am ersten und letzten der Gesellschaft früh und abends orientiert muss. Kleine Mängel, wie die nicht gut schließende Tür der Sauna und der zum Teil nicht ablesbare Wasserzähler werden sicher bald repariert werden. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

Das Waschbecken in der Küche war verstopft, auch die Spülmaschine konnte nicht benutzt werden! Sämtliche Versuche, Kontakt zum Vermieter oder novasol aufzunehmen, liefen ins Leere! Nie wieder novasol oder GeWo direkt!"

"I had a good night staying at Anette's place, but travellers should be aware that the bathroom is shared with other guests and faces directly onto the communal area - I had to wait to use it in the morning, and then the other guest was having a long conversation right outside the door with Anette which meant I couldn't feel relaxed! But the bed, the room itself, the bathroom and the kitchen facilities were all good, as was the garden which I was able to sit in. "
