Checked in at 14:00 but towels arrived at 17:00. Spa staff refused the spa discount given by Hotels.com. I had to spent a lot of effort to convince them about given discount.

I booked a room for my family with two beds, but upon check-in, we were given a room with one bed and a sofa. When I brought this up with the staff, they acknowledged they had rooms with two beds but only gave us bed sheets for the sofa instead of moving us to the correct room. This was not what we had reserved, and it was frustrating to deal with. Our reservation also included breakfast, but I would not recommend anyone eat there. The breakfast was very disappointing – the bread was old, and the overall food quality was poor. Even though I had similar dishes in Istanbul during my trip, the breakfast at this hotel was far below expectations. The service was terrible as well, which made the experience even worse. I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a good, comfortable stay.

Kahvaltı zayıf geldi, salatalıl ve domates kesimine dikkat edilmeli, ceviz kabuksuz olmalı, kahvaltıda en çok hizmet eden personelin eğitim alması gerektğini düşünüyoeum, masalara kirli bir şekilde oluyor, kahvaltı dışında otel çok iyiydi.

bebek yatağı istedik, mail attık hazır dediler. saat 1de giriş yaptık yoktu, “olabilir” dedik tekrar rica ettik, 2-3 saat bekledik, olmayınca çocuğu uyutmak için dışarı çıktık, “unuttunuz sanırım” diyerek tekrar hatırlattık. akşam 8 de döndük yine yoktu. inip sert konuşunca geldi anca. yatak odasına takılan perde kısaydı 20 cm açık kalıyor, ışık açıkken içerisi yoldan direkt görülüyor. çalışanlar kibar, kahvaltısı yeterli

Öncelikle genel görünüm çok iyiydi. Ama bir o kadar da kahvaltı anındaki hizmet ve kahvaltıda sunulanlar malzeme kalitesi ürün kalitesi ve çeşitlilik çok kötüydü. Bu beklemediğim oranda size yakışmıyor. Sizin gibi bir firmada hala üç yıldızlı tatil köylerinde olan hazır kahve yapan ( toz) kahve makinesinin hizmet vermesini beklemezdim
