My room and bathroom were comfortable and very clean. I didn't have any problems. The front office people were polite and eager to help.

The best location in Eskişehir
The hotel has an amazing location, close to all the best restaurant, bars, cafes and shopping. Extremely easy to get to via Tramvay. The breakfast was good and the room was too. The only slight concern that keeps it from getting the perfect score was the amount of noise in my room, coming from other parts of the hotel.

koridorlar çok karanlık. odanın kapı anahtarı çalışmıyordu. yedek de bulamadılar. her odaya girişimde resepsiyondan destek bekledim. odada havlu yoktu. sorduğumda kuru temizleme henüz gelmedi dediler. başka odadan getirip verdiler. havluların kenarları ilmek ilmek olmuştu. ama yeri merkezi.
