"Das Hotelierspaar machte aus seinem Frust keinen Hehl, da es zwei Jahre lang grottenschlechte Erfahrungen in der Frage der Gewinnung verläßlichen Personals gemacht hatte. Wegen Personalmangels z.B. wurde die Küche um 20 Uhr geschlossen(!).
