Perfect location for walking to the Promenade and Old Nice! Lots of nice cafes around the area for breakfast if you choose to not pay for breakfast at the hotel. Cannot fault this anything about this hotel, the staff are all so lovely and helpful. There are free beach equipment for guests to take to the beach and can rent beach towels for €7. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good location and easy stay! 10/10

Everything was solid for the price we paid. I just wish I knew that the elevators stopped between floors and we needed to bring our suitcases up half a flight. And that we couldnt be dropped pff by uber in front of our hotel as its a pedestrian street. So we had to walk a block with our suitcases as well. Everything else was great. Staff helped when needed. Shower pressure good. Update rooms and good size

"We had a delightful stay! The room was spacious and backed onto a garden so very quiet! The staff were unbelievable so friendly and helpful. The building from the outside doesn’t look great however the location, the staff, the breakfast, the room were AMAZING!!!! I would go back!!!"
