Riad Gloria unofficially cancelled our reservation hours after it had been confirmed saying they could not confirm the reservation as they had changed from a queen bed set up to a twin bed set up. Twin beds would have been fine. We had travelled from Marrakech to Essaouira in that time before they sent the email. Upon arrival they wouldn't even open the door, answer the phone or respond to an email. Someone upstairs just closed the curtain and ignored us. Extremely...
