Our apartment is located in the Ruhr valley of the Essen South. It offers both relaxation in a quiet residential area in the countryside, a high potential of leisure activities, as well as quick access to many major cities in the Rhine-Ruhr region.
The apartment is ideally aligned to the accommodation of 2 people. Living rooms and bedrooms are separate regions. Nevertheless, it is in our apartment is a modern, open plan living form. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200). A third bed can fix up on the sofa bed in the living room if required. The kitchen in the living area is fully equipped with sink, refrigerator, 2 hotplates, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are naturally present.

Eine kurze Auszeit im grünen
Einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt hatten wir in Essen-Kettwig einfach nur idyllisch und super angenehm! Der Standort ist super schön alles im grünen die Gastgeber sehr freundlich das super süße Häuschen in dem wir wohnen dürften war wunderschön alles was man braucht war da viel liebe zu detei und sehr sauber, das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Teich und super schönen Ausblick! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder vielen Dank!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und sauber, die Aufteilung und die Einrichtung lädt zum gemütlichen Bleiben ein. Die Vermieterin ist nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn das Wlan-Problem gelöst werden kann, ist es eine absolut perfekte Unterkunft.

Schönes, sehr ruhiges Apartment. Jedoch ist der Fußboden sehr kalt, da könnten ein paar Teppiche Abhilfe schaffen. Auf der Terrasse könnte rechts noch ein Zaun hin, denn, wenn man Nachts raus geht, könnte ein Schritt zuviel sein. Sehr sauber und Urgemütlich. Ideal für 2 Personen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Die Küche ist mit allem Wesentlichen augestattet. Ruhige, naturnahe, aber zentrale Lage, Fußweg zur Altstadt und zum Stausee ca. 20-30 Minuten. Schöne, kleine Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten. Ideal für 2 Personen. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtete helle Ferienwohnung mit kleiner Terrasse, die man zur entsprechenden Jahreszeit sicherlich sehr genießen kann - das Wetter Mitte November ließ es leider nicht zu. Insgesamt schön gelegen, man ist fast sofort im Wald mit Wanderwegen und auch schnell im Ort mit einer entzückenden kleinen Altstadt.

Idyllisch gelegene und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Grünen und ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Von dort aus kann man viel unternehmen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Eine herrlicher Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Ich komme sehr gern wieder :-)

Kleine aber feine Wohnung, Restaurants und Läden fussläufig erreichbar. Alle paar Minuten fliegt ein Flieger Richtung DUS in der Nähe vorbei, aber lärmtechnisch hat uns das nicht gestört, ist interessant anzusehen 🛬

Mein erster Trip ins Ruhrgebiet
Es handelt sich um ein gemütliches Appartement für zwei Personen. Es ist sehr still gelegen und doch verkehrsgünstig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und obwohl man dicht beieinander wohnt, ist die Privatsphäre gewahrt. Sobald wir wieder eine Unterkunft im Ruhrgebiet suchen, werden wir gerne dieses Appartement buchen.
