This hotel is really clean. I was treated to room service everyday. The spa was beautiful well kept and lots of relaxing seating. They had tea on the go whenever you want. The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I did not have breakfast because i thought it should've been included!

Brilliant. Modern, clean and nice rooms.
Stopped here for one night and it was one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed at for a long time. Very modern, clean with friendly staff. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was very nice finished.

Great place to stay
The hotel was so comfortable that I wished I had stayed longer. There was a cafe in the park only fifty meters away serving great cake. Enjoyed the model trains adjoining the hotel.

Wir sind sehr glücklich mit der Unterkunft gewesen. Wir waren auf Schalke zu Fußball, von dort aus ist es nur ein Katzensprung mit dem Taxi zum Stadion. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Sportsbar, die mit dem Restaurant und dem Hotel verbunden ist, das war der perfekte Trip in angenehmer Atmosphäre.

Tolles Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, Super Fitness - Raum - leider Sauna ( die super ist ) komplett wegen Energiesparmassnahmen geschlossen, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war - und mein eigentliches einziges Hauptkriterium zur Wahl der Unterkunft darstellte. Somit ist mein Lieblingshotel im Ruhrpott von Platz 1 deutlich nach unten gerutscht, sehr schade !
