Fortunately, this went easily and we were upgraded to one of the suites. "Fabulous hotel and placed in the middle of absolutely everything. Very nice and clean and feels like a five star hotel lobby. Short staffed on all the days we were there, so only one or two people at the desk but it didn't make any difference to us. Totally recommend it."
